The art is of a hypothetical alien world called "Ilion." These are "red plants."

I think this is extremely creative and I love the art style, which mimics old taxonomic drawings by scientists.

    woah this one is a cool post! i want your Opinions though! the only thing that bothered is the pictures with all the writing, it was hard not get bored of reading it. but still good job!
